These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GridList website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
Account: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

GridList owns or is licensed to use the Service design, text, graphics, logos, and software. You may not copy or use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required. You may close your account at any time.

Disclaimers and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GridList does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridList and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Service. Our liability for direct damages is limited to an aggregate amount equal to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GridList harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
